From the olives of Cultivar '' Taggiasca '' cold processed at a temperature below 27° C in our oil mill, we obtain this particular extra virgin olive oil that maintains the typical characteristics of the area of origin. The golden yellow '' intense '' of the Non Filtrato and the "limpid" yellow of the Filter, have in common the fresh and delicate fragrance. Used in cooking, it tastes all foods.

Dietetically it is the most balanced of oils.

Keep the place cool and dry away from light and heat sources.
