From the olives of the ''Taggiasca'' cultivar, cold-pressed at a temperature below 27°C in our oil mill, we obtain this particular extra virgin oil that maintains the typical characteristics of the area of origin.
The ''intense'' golden yellow colour of the Unfiltered and the ''limpid'' yellow of the Filtered have in common the fresh and delicate aroma. Used in cooking, it adds flavour to all foods.
Dietetically it is the most balanced of oils.
Store in a cool, dry place away from light and heat sources.
