This fine oil is produced from a careful selection of slightly unripe Taggiasca olives harvested by the oldest method, i.e. by hand-picking.
The olives are brought to our mill and pressed through mechanical processes with cold processing at a temperature of less than 27°C within 24 hours of harvesting, to preserve and maintain their fragrance, aromas and acidity of less than 0.5%.
Indispensable on all dishes, it enhances all types of cuisine.
Dietetically, it is the most balanced of oils.
