A typical Ligurian dessert commonly known as “Stroscia”, it is a dry sweet focaccia with an intense lemon and herb scent found in Vermouth. We have created these chocolate and chocolate and hazelnut variants for you.
Ingredients: wheat flour, Taggiasco extra virgin olive oil 22.9%, sugar, soybean drink, dark chocolate 5.5% (contains: cocoa paste, cocoa butter; emulsifier: soy lecithin, vanillin), bitter cocoa 3%, lemon juice.
Raising agent: disodium diphosphate, sodium hydrogen carbonate.
Baked product subject to natural weight loss. May contain traces of nuts, eggs, milk.
