The Ligurian Taggiasca Olive Pâté is a paste obtained through a process of separation of the olive in brine that has undergone the proper maceration process from the stone.
The pulp is then homogenised and potted.
Ideal spread on canapés or bruschetta.
Store in a cool, dry place.
